In-House Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively support the sales team in generating and closing business
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution
• Manage leads, customer data, and sales pipeline through CRM
• Track sales performance, order status, and prepare MIS reports

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of sales support / inside sales experience
• Strong proficiency in CRM software
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
