Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle back-office operations and documentation for sales and projects
  • Manage and operate GeM, e-Procurement, AREBA, and other customer portals
  • Upload, track, and manage enquiries, orders, and documentation on portals
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain records, MIS reports, and internal documentation
Requirements

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant back-office / operations experience
  • Proficient in GeM, e-Procurement portals, AREBA, and other customer portals
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
