Assistant Production Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Supervisor in daily production planning and operations
• Monitor production activities to ensure targets, quality, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with shop-floor staff to maintain smooth workflow
• Maintain production records, reports, and MIS
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards
• Support inventory control and material coordination

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production / manufacturing operations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of shop-floor processes and production documentation
• Strong coordination, communication, and team-handling skills
